This was the right product for me for bottling my last recipe. Seemed to have worked well for carbonation. I ordered it a week in advance to ensure that I had it when I needed it and it arrived well before the "estimated arrival" date.

Used at a ratio of 1 tsp (5 grams) to 250 grams water for my Petri dishes as the nutrient compound in addition to the same amount of Agar that i added which made perfectly Agar plates that have plenty of nutrients for mushroom mycelium growth. For this purposes the Malt Extract is great, but i am not using it for the originally intended purpose, however 5/5 Stars.
