This ceiling fan is a fantastic blend of style and performance. The modern wood finish looks great in any room, and the built-in light adds a clean, functional touch. The reversible DC motor is impressively quiet and efficient, keeping airflow comfortable year-round. Installation was straightforward with clear instructions, and the included remote makes operation effortless. Overall, it’s a high-quality, noise-free fan that delivers both aesthetics and functionality at a great value.

We absolutely love this fan and the customer service we received. Installation was fairly straightforward, with the most challenging part being tucking all of the wires neatly while placing the cover. The remote worked right out of the box, and the fan offers six speeds, an easy switch between forward and reverse, and a natural wind mode, which we really enjoy. The lighting options are also great—you can easily switch between a bright daylight setting and a warmer, yellow-toned mood light. About a year after purchase, we did experience an issue where the fan stopped working. I contacted customer service, and they responded promptly, walked us through a few troubleshooting steps, and when those didn’t resolve the issue, they immediately sent a replacement. We were back up and running in no time. On top of all that, the fan is very aesthetically pleasing. Overall, we’re extremely happy with both the product and the outstanding customer service behind it.

Ordered two of these fans several years ago. Both still look and work fantastic! Add nice ambiance to my 60 ft pavilion. Strong fan as one of them is positioned over our gas firepit and when lit, I need to make sure the fan is turned down or else the fire will actually go out. Nice bright light which brightens up all the area in the evening. Fan isn't noisy at all.

We hired an electrician to install this fan. It's very attractive and it puts out great wind, even on lower settings. For us, the number 3 setting is cooling and provides a pleasant, comfortable breeze. Those are the plus features. The minus features are that the down rod doesn't hang straight on a cathedral ceiling. It's slightly tilted, so it was difficult to balance the blades with the weights provided. The result is a small wobble and a faint clicking sound that comes and goes, but I'm certain it's due to the sharp angle of our ceiling and not a malfunction of the fan. Our old fan was extremely heavy, so overall, it's a relief to have a lightweight fan that appears to be well-made. The remote is a good size and easy to navigate, but the fan isn't always responsive. There's a delay when turning it on or changing the speed, which may be normal. But on a couple of occasions, it wouldn't accept a change in speed. I had to turn the wall switch off and back on in order to select a speed setting. The lights come in different shades from glaring blue to soft yellow, so it's good to have a choice if you are light sensitive. The one feature we don't like is that the light turns into a night light that glows in the dark. I did read about this or saw it on a video, but what I didn't realize is that it can't be turned off. Even though it's dim, it's noticeable, so if you need total darkness to sleep, this might be something to consider.

We really like our attractive fan. It moves air well even with our 10' ceilings. It is quiet, has several speed options and will reverse with the remote. Had a problem with our first remote but Customer Service was great, had to replace the remote and control box. Installation was straightforward, a little extra finagling was required to get the control module to fit. Appearance, Installation, operation and customer service were GREAT.

This is the third Sofucor ceiling fan I bought since I moved to this house. This one is a replace a wobbly noisy fan from the prior owner. Here is what I like about the new fan. Modern look. The stainless steel and light wood goes well together to create a sleek contemporary look. It bleeds perfectly with the vault ceiling we have and significantly upgraded the room. Quiet operation. It's so silent that you don't know the fan is on. Even with the bigger size of 52 inches, it gives us peace and quiet in a hot summer day. Easy control. There is an significant update of the remote control comparing to the fan I bought last year. It is more compact and having an intuitive interface. Many ways to adjust light and fan to suit your needs using the remote. Smart features: It's a breeze to connect to the app and added to Google Home. So we can use phone and voice to control the fan anywhere.

I typically buy the more familiar name brand fans - e.g., Hunter. Those have gotten more expensive and the styles are mostly traditional. This was a good looking modern/rustic style that fit with our new house, no light option which was preferred, came with a remote which saves having to replace a wall switch with fan control, and a fair price. Parts feel solid, quality construction. Installation was fairly easy - the only tricky part was getting the small control box for the remote stuffed into ceiling bracket. There is a designated spot built into the bracket which helps, just note to try to keep wires free of that space when making connections and the rest will be easy. The fan started making a clicking sound a couple months after installation. Customer support (email) was very responsive. I sent a video, they immediately sent a new motor at no charge. Delivery was fast, replacement was straight forward and the fan has been operating silently since. The lowest setting is good for keeping room temps even; it really moves a lot of air on the highest. Very convenient to be able to reverse direction using the remote instead of a physical switch on the fan itself. I need a 2nd fan for another room. I was waiting to see how this one worked out. Solid quality, good customer service... I'll be ordering another one.

These ceiling fans were very easy to put together. instructions were easy to follow, and you could go to their web site for more help. After the installation the fan worked great with the control. It is amazing how quiet they are and how great they look.. Still going strong.
