These taste great - and they work!! My 15 year old daughter and I both take them and have been for a few months now. I am 47 and was experiencing hair loss and this has massively reduced that. Great for Hair & Nails. This is about the 6th time I have ordered these gummies and I love them. Grows my nails so much and stopped my hair shedding (but obviously hair growth is slightly harder to notice), but if I see my nails improving then I know my hair is as well. They are tasty too, I could eat the whole bottle at once!

That said, after finishing the bottle, I didn’t notice a big difference in my hair, skin, or nails. Maybe they need to be taken consistently over a longer period, but for me the results weren’t very noticeable. Overall, they’re enjoyable to take and might work better for others, but in my case, the taste was the highlight more than the actual benefits.

De sabor muy buenas, fácil de tomar aunque son un poco pegajosas. No se nota el efecto de forma inmediata pero al cabo de un mes y medio aproximadamente se cae muchísimo menos el cabello, son geniales. Al principio pensé que no hacían efecto, pero después de un tiempo el pelo se cae muy poco y se nota mucho. Cuando pueda volveré a comprar sin duda. Las recomiendo
