I absolutely love my new glass tea pot! It’s beautiful, and the design enhances the overall tea-making experience. I contacted the company about the problem, and I was impressed by their customer service. They quickly shipped me a replacement, which I greatly appreciated. I love this Glas Teapot

I love, I can use all day, is very lightweight.

I really like this teapot and ended up ordering it again after the first one broke. It works great for loose leaf tea and the removable infuser is very convenient. The glass is clear and looks nice, but it does seem quite delicate and needs careful handling. I suspect the first one cracked due to how fragile the glass is. Overall, it’s a great teapot to use, just not the most durable.

This product looks good but is so weak and it broke the first time I used it, I was pouring the tea gently and the lid came off a landed on the same counter and broke instantly! Wasn’t even a big fall or a hard or forceful one. I want my money back but not sure I’ll be able to get it.

Cute and versatile teapot that can be used for all occasions

Very happy with it. I got a few weeks ago and have used it every night since. The opening is the perfect size to get it wash it. The insert is perfect for loose tea leafs, nothing gets through. However if u want to make other types of tea such as lemon, orange and ginger slices you won't be able to use the insert. It's too small. But not an issue for me as it makes it look very pretty. My only complaint is that it doesn't whistle when it's done, therefore forgetting it's on the stove. Definitely keep an eye on it or use a timer. Extremely happy with it, I will be purchasing one for my mom and one for my mother in-law.

Schnell und gut verpackt geliefert. Ich benutze einen Teepapierfilter für losen Tee. Neben der Funktionalität ist auch Ästhetik für mich sehr ansprechend.
