yes it is...only the 12v wire with inline fuse is supplied tho...you run your ground and remote wire of your choosing...

This isn’t supposed to add volume! these add bass to songs that do not have bass. if you try to use this on a song that already has bass!

yes these reconstruct the sownd wavetpater to better adjust bass they do not increase a songs bass which is allready there...for that u need voltage increments for a clearrer delivery of the sound quality...so better gauge on the speakers or sound drivers/equilizers/crossover drivers will help increase sound as they do increment voltage delivery from device to deliver sound
