It takes some getting use to but like everything in life that can be good for you, you have to persevere. I felt as though I was Wilma Flint stone at first, and the pillow was like rock, but having used it for a few weeks I now find it very comfortable and supportive, I'm not waking up with headaches and a stiff painful neck. I've had lots of pillows over time, some of which are in the loft, but hopefully this will last me some time.

I bought this pillow having suffered from shoulder and neck pain over the past few months and wondering if it might help. I usually sleep on 2 pillows and wondered if I might find it hard to adjust to this lower level but actually I slept well from the first night. It is comfortable for both side and back sleeping and has a removable, washable cover. It does fit inside a regular pillow case too if you prefer to use your own. The memory foam is good quality and the pillow is keeping its shape perfectly. I can't say that I am suddenly pain free but I do think there has been a slight reduction in my discomfort. The eye mask was an unnecessary and unused extra for me.

My neck pain is gone in 2 days! WOW. Okay.. some context.. I have terrible posture in general but as I have been getting older I have been suffering more and more with the discomfort and pain caused from this. Primarily in my upper back / shoulders / lower neck. In my belief this has been leading to almost daily headaches for months now, getting to the point where it was ruining my quality of life. I got this pillow over a few other branded ones due to the positive reviews. Two days in now and I have no neck pain at all. It feels like I should have neck pain.. But I don't. Granted it has only been 2 days (but I got an email to review already so..) so it could be coincidence but I honestly believe it is down to the pillow. Crazy what a difference something as simple as a pillow can make. I feel more refreshed in the mornings as I think I am getting generally better sleep throughout the night, less waking and less re-positioning I assume. The pillow itself is lower than I expected (I am used to sleeping with 2-3 regular pillows) but my goodness it is comfy. Thought I was going to struggle with it being low but to my surprise I found myself getting to sleep faster and sleeping better. My only regret is that I didn't get this sooner and save myself months of discomfort and pain. Oh and for anyone wondering if it is suitable for broad shouldered people. It is.

I have great expectations of this. But sadly they didnt live up to mine. Its well made, didnt smell funny, is not too expensive, arrived on time. But did it deliver a better nights sleep? No. Did it improve my posture? No. Did it give me relief from back pain? No. Did it give me unexpected neck and shoulder pain? Yes. Will i send it back? probably not. Will I recommend it? Well if you know what are you looking for with this type of product, its probably as good as any other competitor product. But if you are suffering from back and neck pain, go see a chiropractor.

I wish I'd bought this pillow much sooner. It is very comfortable and my aching neck and shoulders have mostly disappeared. This pillow had very good reviews and I'm certainly willing to recommend this to anyone. It's a little higher than my usual pillow height and the firmness is clearly helping to relieve any pressure on my shoulders ,neck and back. I can't recommend it highly enough and know I'm not going to wake up in pain

I was very sceptical buying this pillow. I read long and hard at lots of reviews on here, then finally took the plunge! I have arthritis in my back and have done for most of my life, and at just 23, I try every thing I possibly can to help my symptoms. This pillow has offered support, and I (think) helped towards my neck and back pain after suffering for years on regular, 2 cheap pillows that were too high to support. The super soft memory foam on this is great. I’m a high sleeper so getting used to this took me about 2-3 weeks, but one side is lower, the other higher so it’s great for people that like to swap and change. I won’t ever buy regular pillows again, this has opened doors to trying different support pillows! The eye mask is silky and great too! Overall, this is a great pillow for people who suffer with pain, give it a go!

It seems to be fairly good quality. It is a little thinner than I like.
