Does this hose have an anti-static liner in it?

I didn't see anything to that effect on the packaging, nor do I find it on their website. I would have to assume that it does not.

Does anybody know what type of 1/4 inch fitting on the end of the hose this is? This is not a standard quarter inch NPT fitting

It is definitely not 1/4" jic 37°. I'm still not sure but it looks like 3/8 NPT or some similar diameter, though not the same thread I don't think. tapered thread though. No jic hydraulic flanges. Guess I could grab a Graco hose from paint at THD & drag it to plumbing and find out, but that is f'n annoying. I hope you've managed to figure it out by now, I've been told basically half inch & down of nearly every fitting type I know of.

Anyone ever use this material hose on a CA technology aaa or a kremlin ?
