Finally a hardhat liner that is comfortable! I don't plan on wearing my hardhat backwards...the reason I purchased this swing ratchet liner was because it felt like other ratchet type hats were tightening around my neck instead of the back of my head. This solves that problem and adds another level of customobility to the fit. I just wear my hat with the knob where it feels comfortable. Great for ponytails that are sometimes high, other times low. Hope it lasts!

If you are tired of your stationary suspension this does the trick; however the adjustor is not centered on the back of my head and i need to adjust when fliping it. But it does the job just not as smoothly as expected.

I purchased large thinking it would fit bigger heads but it doesn’t even at the widest setting. However this is more comfortable than the ‘stays on’ harness that it replaced.
