I got my foam roller in the mail a couple days ago and waited for my husband to also use it before reviewing. I noticed when putting as much weight on as possible, the caps and the inner cylinder creak a bit, and since I’m 120lbs, I wanted more weight to put it to the test. Hubby used it and though it makes some noise with pressure, it doesn’t effect it! I love to use this to roll out my back and legs. My husband likes it for his back and feet. The different pressure points mimic a light massage, but you can also really push some weight into the roller to target areas. Our toddler with sensory issues also likes to play with it; touching the different bumps, opening and closing the caps, and rolling on it. It’s been used a ton in the past couple days and I expect that this will be put to use daily for a long time!

This Foam Roller is absolutely amazing! I have been using a different style at Physical Therapy and it does not have the “nubs” that are more like Deep Tissue Massage. This is my favorite feature of this roller! I can lay on it with vertically between my shoulder blades and just release all of that tension! It works so well!! I use it on my my entire body! Laying on it on my Sciatic pain is game changer! I have found areas on my body that I did not even realize that I was carrying tension. If you have ANY tension anywhere in your body you need this Foam Roller! Pay the one time and have Deep Tissue any time you need to! Do yourself a favor and release all of that tension in your body. It feels so great! And don’t forget your feet, the foundation of YOUR body!

I got this roller and I'm impressed! I love that most of the pieces fit inside the roller. It helps for clean up purposes. Unfortunately 1 piece doesn't fit in the but that's ok. My favorite piece is the muscle stick. It definitely gets to the hard to reach places and provides a firm massage. My next fav it the spiky ball... Its perfect for a foot and hand massage! This complete set is definitely worth it. Much cheaper than buying all the parts individually too.
