I very rarely write customer reviews, I had ordered this pillow back in 2024 and have been living pain free after a few months of using it. I came back here to get a king size verison to go with my new bed and notiiced its low reviews. I had reinjured my neck in 2024 and had several bulging discs and a shoulder tear. I tried many pillows and they all did nothing. This pillow beyond sucked when I recieved it. It is hard, uncomfortable and not your usual squishy, comfy pillow. It is still hard and non squishy BUT squishy enough for me to literally fold into my suitcase to take on every vacation. Those who suffer from neck pain, I never thought I would ever be able to turn my head again the way I do now. I had to learn to sleep on my back to achieve these results. The back of my head hurt becasue it is a hard pillow, but my neck improved being aligned properly through the night. I used to be a stomach sleeper. I can now once sleep again sleeep on my stomach using this pillow. If you have severe neck pain and cannot sleep. Give it a chance, it keeps you aligned. I miss my down pllows but after my injury this pillow became my sleep life saver.

You read right! More than 5 back surgeries; 8 screws, 6 rods, and 3 mesh cages. Screws and rods are made of titanium alloy. I still have a herniated disk that is still giving me problems. Now I know some of you might say, "from what level to what level are the fusions?" I don't want to reveal too much of my life and surgeries because in my city as of now I'm the only one that has had this many surgeries & I love my privacy. I'm saying this much because it's vital to the review of this pillow. I'm a side sleeper, I have to be because of the back pain. For a long time that I can remember I've been dealing with shoulder pain when I wake up every morning because I have to sleep on my side cause if I don't the amount of back pain intensifies so much that I am crying for the rest of the day or contemplating on going to the ER. The first night that I used the pillow I got to sleep a little more than I usually do, 6 hours versus the 3 to 4 hours that I normally get. I did wake up a little sore in my shoulder, but a lot less back pain, but I figured that it was the first night my body has to get used to it. I mean come on, I've had to deal with neck, shoulder, and especially back pain for more than half my life. After the third night, I was screaming at my pillow, "Where were you 10 years ago?!" Why didn't you come into my life sooner before I spent hundreds of dollars (not joking, I did) on pillows that were supposed to help me get a good night's sleep but never did?!" LOL!!! Of course, I'm yelling all this in my head, LOL!!! My neck and shoulder pain is 95% gone! My back pain is still a problem, as I stated earlier this back pain will never go away completely, but it was still intense. This was only 3 nights of use, I look forward to a week's worth of sleep, heck make that a month! I know that this pillow will not let me down, after I finish with this review I'm buying 2 more as gifts for my parents. Even my parents noticed that I have slept more and woken up more energetically than I ever had before. I suffer from a pain that will stay with me for the rest of my life. DO NOT & I MEAN DO NOT get my words twisted, I know that others have worse injuries than mine and this pillow may not help them. All I can say is with my injuries and the pain that I suffer from, this pillow has helped me alleviate a lot of that pain. Whether your pain is from the back, neck, or shoulders this pillow may help you, PLEASE PLEASE DON'T PASS ON GETTING THIS PILLOW!!!!

I have owned the queen-sized version of this pillow for a month now, and it took me about three weeks to feel like it is broken-in and worthwhile as a keeper. The mild off-gassing took over two weeks for me to feel it was completely dissipated, and that was after some initial generous airing of it for ample hours for a few days by an open window. The pillow was at first firmer then I would like, but I was comparing it to my well-worn 10 year old posturepedic pillow. It felt very stiff and bulky at first, and I still feel I should have probably ordered the standard vice queen size. It took some time to dial this pillow in for all night comfort. What I found works for me as a devoted side sleeper was the best position for the pillow was arching it up in the middle widthwise against my headboard, so the concave center of the pillow was optimally available to my head. Laying flat, the pillow bothered my shoulder a bit when trying to access the concave center of the pillow, but arching the center of the pillow up has worked better then trying to L-shape the pillow down at an angle against the headboard to achieve the same center access. Otherwise, I find this pillow sleeps slightly warm, possible due to the very nice (but too plastic/semi-ridged vice plush feeling) form fitting cover it comes with. A month on, the pillow is more plyable and I am able to sleep with it all night, vice using my dated yet reliable pillow halfway through the night for continued comfort. I love that this pillow cradles my head exceptionally well, and it’s spinal alignment is spot on. The only minor thing I have noted, is regularly tugging on my pillow case to straighten it out when I initially settle in to sleep with this pillow, due to its odd curvatures. That is an observation more then a genuine annoyance. It is a very nice pillow, you just need to give it a few weeks to break it in, and find that magic sweet spot that works for you, as it is very versatile. I initially was using the wrong side for side sleeping, and once I revisited the designed positions and spun it around, that too made this pillow optimally useable for me, my bad for not catching that oversight at first.

I wanted to wait to leave this review to see if it has actually helped me! I have really bad posture so in turn I have horrible neck and back pain at 20 and have a neck hump now and my sleeping position doesn’t help … I sleep in fetal position with my head tucked to my chest WHY CHOOSE THIS PILLOW… AND SPEND THE EXTRA $ This pillow has helped me so much. I decided to invest in one of the more expensive ones (this one) in comparison to other pillows available on amazon for a few different reasons. -The curves on edges of the pillow make a VAST difference for side sleepers and fetal position sleepers like myself.On one side of the pillow it has deeper kind of hallowed edges where your arm can go OR you can hold onto while you sleep - The depth of the neck to head ratio indention I have so much neck supported which I NEEDED desperately. I really did not realize how much I needed that support. Your head gets so much support and is not being lifted up to the same level as your neck or above and instead falls into a natural position. MY RESULTS AFTER A MONTH My neck and back feel so much better. It took about 2 weeks to really start feeling the difference and now its much easier to correct my posture and not be in pain while doing so during the day. I also have been getting EXCEPTIONALLY better sleep, I fall asleep faster and wake up well rested more often. I also dream almost every night now and I used to never have or remember my dreams. ( maybe this is a blood flow and position thing?) I really think this has helped my blood flow too since I now sleep more straightened out. I don’t wake up in a fog as often or groggy or cranky and its easier for me to wake up early. My neck hump has gotten much smaller (my posture is better too during the day so that is obviously part of it. this isn't a fix all) My body doesn’t feel awful anymore and I’m not tossing and turning for literal hours trying to fall asleep. THINGS I DIDNT ADORE ABOUT IT… - I have naturally curly hair and often straighten it. So my hair really needs the extra care. The texture of the pillow case is eh its not really bad on my skin but can’t imagine its awesome for the hair. so for people who do a lot of hair care and don’t wear satin caps or put in a braid or something should probably do so because I don’t think putting your own case over it will do much good as in i think it would take away from the edges of the pillow which is really needed. This is a nitpicky thing on my end though - I don’t usually like memory foam and this is not much different. It can be really hard sometimes and other nights will feel like heaven. -wish it came in more colors CONCLUSION. If my comment resonates with you at all I really think you should get it. I don’t really want to say a pillow has changed my life… but this is really not any other pillow and it HAS definitely changed my life. Ofcourse will only help so much. The rest is on you and your self care but this has definitely helped immensely. Spend the extra money, this thing has better reviews than others on amazon for a reason… Don’t buy a cheap one and gamble on your bodies health and don’t buy a cheap one and carve out an indention it ( if you’re doing research for this kinda pillow you’ll see the review I am talking about somewhere on Amazon) .Its worth it. Just get it I don’t think you’ll regret it EDIT/ 3 month review My 5star review has dropped:/ even sleeping with this thing every night my neck pain came back. it may be more of a serious thing than i realized but it definitely helped 1000% previously + it is so hard! i thought it was comfortable before but now it feels like a rock and i just cannot seem to get comfortable. i've ended up putting it to the side of my bed and very recently switching to the Purple brand “best pillow” (really only 2 days ago) and i have yet to find if it really is the best. i thought this was the best pillow ever for months though, and if you like firm /medium-firm pillows this could really be your paper.

We chanced it at only 150 reviews and after all the time searching for a good pillow, we finally found it!! Sometimes it's best to get the product when it's newer to the site because clearly SOME seller *cough*cough* switch out for cheaper products once they make enough profit. After lying on it, we immediately bought two for ourselves. The new pillow is not the same as their previous pillow at all. The product was very obviously changed, with no disclaimer. I should have read the recent reviews prior, as I can see now, that this is a known issue. The new pillows have barely any cushion; you can easily feel one hand against the other through the pillow with minimal effort. When we laid on my friend's pillow, it had amazing and rather firm support, especially for your neck. The new pillow gave the same support as my super slim stomach sleeper pillow that I am trying to replace. Overall, it's terrible that they are trying to sell a cheaper version of their product, with no warning, for the same price as before. I wouldn't even put this in a spare bedroom for guests.

I bought this pillow a little over a year ago to help with my snoring and it has drastically reduced it. I get through most nights without snoring at all now. If you're on the fence about this, it's worth trying out. Make sure you have it positioned correctly though, or it will impact your sleep.

Purchased the first cervical memory foam pillow back in January 2024. It was uncomfortable at first and took some getting used too. I was experiencing neck pain and having some crazy headaches. Then consistently using the pillow with another underneath to elevate. I bought a second pillow to keep at another location but the pillow firmness was completely soft...like extra soft. I thought maybe the pillow firmness would harden or get more firm after some time elapsed. Let over a month pass and still the pillow firmness has the consistency of cheap foam. It's really crazy because the other pillow is almost so firm that its uncomfortable. I purchased both pillows from the same link and product description. I was hesitant to make this post due to enjoying the initial firm pillow. I had made a couple attempts to reach out directly to the company via the website but no response. As well it wasn't really an option on Amazon, it just kind of redirects to a "how to adjust" page. It's also not a matter of making any type of adjustments on the pillow...its the actual foam itself. Honestly the second pillow isn't worth $10 let alone $42.39. If the product delivered were the same as the initial pillow i'd rate this product a 4 stars..

Tem densidade mais firme/??

Estaba muy dura al principio, pero en menos de un mes de uso se puso suavecita. Ahora creo que se pasó un poco de suave para dormir de lado, para boca arriba está perfecta. He dormido mucho mejor que con una almohada ortopédica Tempur que compré bien cara y no me sirvió. Esta se amolda mejor a la cabeza, está un poquito más ancha de lo que necesita mi cuerpo, supongo que las fabrican pensando en extranjeros más altos y largos, pero ahora no la dejo para nada, viajo con ella a donde vaya. Me gustaría que fueran más económicas, son productos muy caros. También que hubieran tallas más chicas (unos 4 o 5 cm menos ancha del hueco de la cabeza al soporte del cuello; de altura están bien).

I had been having neck and shoulder pains with my previous ergonomic pillow after using that for two years. I wasn't sure how Elviros Cervical Memory Foam Pillow would feel considering it's highly unusual design. But my doubts have been banished since my first sleep and I have no more pains in my neck and shoulders. I love the features of being able to slip my hand on the sides of the pillows being a side sleeper. And while lying on my back, the pillow prevents me from side sleeping so much since that isn't good for my back. Having lower slipped disks I have to be careful with the choice of pillow and I am so glad I got this pillow. Highly recommended!

initially is very hard to get use to it, took me two weeks to be frank,it is not very soft and stiff,but after a month not cervical pain and a huge reduce of my migraine to one episode a month,from two per week...i tried to go back to my regular pillow becauae missed the hug part of it ,but i always end up switching back to this one in the middle of the night, benefits in the morning make a huge difference..i just will say give it a try minimum two weeks,even the first night despite the hardiness of it you will see the results in thw morning,
