The Ruffwear saddle bag cover works great. We use it on our Kurgo Baxter pack. It fits just like it was made for the pack. The rain cover keeps everything inside the pack dry.

Worth it
Great. S/M fits Medium Palisades Pack well. Keeps rain out of pack, but it also keeps mud and debris from attaching to underside of pack bags. My dog kicks up lots of mud on wet trails and the cover catches it leaving the pack clean. The cover is trivial to clean, unlike the pack. I suspect this will also prolong the life of the pack. It is very visible, which is good if you walk on roads and other situations too.

This was an awesome addition to our backpacking trip and covered my pups ruffwear pack perfectly! Don't get caught without one!

Keeps your dog's pack dry
Fits perfectly on my Ruffwear Palisades pack as well as a Mountainsmith dog pack I have also. The cover does a fantastic job of keeping the rain out of the pack.

PARFAIT ! lors de mon trekking de 6jours où le matin beau mais début aprèm pluie ! Cette housse de pluie pour sacoche harnais ruffwear a super bien fais son boulot ! Mon harnais étant en taille M j’ai pris la housse S-M et niquel pour la taille ! Facile à mettre ! (Le concepteur aurait dû penser à faire une fente pour l’anneau de laisse car quand y’a des vaches par précautions je la rattachais et t’allais passer la laisse sous la housse de pluie) MAIS c’était pas gênant non plus ça serait juste un petit plus ! ☺️ Franchement je suis ravie 😍

Ich bin von dem Regenschutz bisher begeistert. Er passt gut über den Ruffwear Approach Pack in M. Ich persönlich hätte den Regenschutz gleich kaufen sollen, da der (auch bei nur nassem Boden) den Rucksack sehr gut trocken und matschfrei hält. Das hätte mit das erste Einsauen erspart.
