Just purchased, how long after should I see a change in the muscle memory

I just depends on how often you use the Insider Bat. If you use it once a week, it could take a few months. If you use it every day for about 20-30mins... you should start to see memory in about 2 weeks. IMO. My daughter uses this product, and was turned on by her hitting coach. There is a visual side to this... you don't hit the ball if you roll. The direction you hit is dependent on the mechanics. When you can notice the mechanics and the placement of the hit (response) you realize the mechanics are "spot on." Then, you always need to reiterate those mechanics; not as often as the beginning, but every week when we go to hitting, they usually spend about 5 minutes on the insider bat to check the mechanics.

Does it help with bat drag?

What do you mean by "bat drag"? Do you mean a slow swing? If so, a light bat or choking up on the bat will help. Coach Clarence Oaks Batter Up Texas

my daughter is 11 turning 12 in a couple of months. she is 4 ft 10 inches; 70 pounds. should i got the bigger or smaller bat?

The bigger bat will work for her.
