2:40 on turbo? @3100 linens. As far out as 380 meters. And how about durability?

Durability is outstanding. I carry it on my duty belt 8 to 12 hours a day, everyday for work. I have to charge it up about once a month. This of course depends on your use. It is a tactical light, so you aren't using it to light up a work site with it running nonstop! You turn it on to light up what you need to see and turn it off. Turbo is brighter than the spotlight on my patrol car. But you can't run it on turbo more than 30 seconds to a minute before the head is too hot to even hold! Drop it down to high and you can run significantly longer before it heats up too much. And any lower settings don't get hot at all.

The info that came with the flashlight said the light on the battery would turn blue when fully charged. Mine is green. Will this change?

The "full" indicator is a greenish blue. Your battery should work fine.

I’ve read from a review 3100 lumens is only in strobe mode, is that true?

Not true. Turbo mode is 3100 lumens AND the strobe operates in turbo mode.
