Amazing! I have always wanted a Shun knife and decided that this is where I would start; so glad that i did! So sharp, great balance, and comfortable grip. It accommodates my large hand without my knuckles hitting the cutting board bit is not so large that my wife would find it difficult to use. Blade keeps its edge well and is easy to bring back. So very impressed!!

Excellent Knife
Love the new knife it's now the second shun in the collection. Be a chef for 20+ years now used many different knives have a few Henckels as well. Seems the Shun is my new goto knife.
