What we received must have been old stock, because it would not gel even using double the usual amount.

This set of multiple gelatin sheets is such a great deal! You get plenty of silver grade, fast acting gelatin leaves in a large enough quantity you won’t need to buy too often! It’s a great quality product, so easy to work with. Make sure you keep the moisture control packs inside, especially if you live in a humid climate-best way to keep them is in an airtight container to be sure the sheets don’t stick together with any moisture.

These gelatin leaves are high quality and very consistent. They hydrate quickly and blend smoothly into both hot and cold mixtures. Perfect for mousse, panna cotta, and dessert glazes. Great value for the pack of 20 sheets.
