It helps me sleep but haven't lost weight. Yes I do exercise as I have a desk treadmill and I walk/run 3 miles outside

The ones on here saying a fat burner "doesn't work" are ones who are not working out or making drastic changes to your diet. Fat burners assist you in your own progress based off of the intensity of your training sessions and changes to diet. That being said, the ingredients check out to make it a solid fat burner and sleep aid. Great for recovery and sleep along with fat burning while you sleep if taking it after a day of exercise or a diet that boosts your metabolism. Can't beat the price either.

I took this for a few weeks. It helped me sleep a bit better but noticed no faster change in weight than with just diet and exercise alone. I didn’t put two and two together until after seeming my doctor but my skin was so itchy after I started taking this. I was scratching uncontrollably. After he asked if I was taking any new medications or supplements it occurred this might be the culprit. Itchy skin stoped 2 days after I stoped taking these pills.

I looooove taking this stuff at night. Helps with bloating, keeps me on a good mood. Definitely works

I love this product. Because after a hard day at work and a good workout and can stay awake all night. But these capsules help me fall asleep and get my rest with out getting hungry at midnight
