I am on my third bottle of this. Let me try to break down my experiences with it: - I have what I call my "hair test" with different testosterone boosters. I am naturally not a very hairy person, including not being able to grow a full beard (with light brown and blond hairs on my arms and legs). I also have other symptoms of low testosterone, but have never gotten tested. Of course, this means I have tried my fair share of testosterone boosters. Half do not have any effect. Half have actually caused a few hairs to grow on my body - hence calling it my "hair test". Before starting EVLTest, I had about 10 hairs on my chest and around 4 or so on each shoulder. During my first bottle, I doubled the number of hairs on my chest. During bottle 2 and going into bottle 3, I have grown hair on my stomach for the first time ever (more hairs than I care to count). In addition, the hairs on my arms go past my elbows. Keep in mind, I am not some hairy beast now. They are still light brown and not even visible unless close up. However, this is leaps and bounds more hair growth than any other test booster has resulted in. This makes me a believer in its impact on testosterone. - Now on to muscle tone, which I am sure more people are interested in. This product in combination with Pump Mode definitely has an impact on my workouts. I've noticed that my arms and chest look much fuller. For my workouts in general, I've never been able to push myself to the point of getting sore after a workout. Normally my energy is exhausted before pushing my muscle to their limits - even with preworkout energy drinks. I can now get to the point where my muscles are sore for a couple of days after a workout. I can feel a tightness in the muscle bellies that I have not felt before. - For sleeping, this definitely works. However there are a few caveats: 1. If I take 4 of the pills, I wake up two hours later with a severe migraine and cannot fall back to sleep. Taking 3 pills works better for me. 2. On the first 3-5 days of using it (even after a few weeks break in between bottles), I get a buzzed sensation during the night that goes away after a couple of hours the following morning. After those first few days, I do not get the buzzed feelings or migraines. 3. I really need to be heading to bed immediately after taking this. There seems to be a 20-30 minute window where I get tired very quickly. If I do not try to fall asleep during that time (from playing mobile games, checking emails, reading, etc.), I miss the window and then am awake for the next 3-4 hours. I still feel rested during the day, but the following night I feel like I am going to crash. To summarize everything, if body hair growth is any indication of a testosterone booster working, then this works. It also seems to have an impact on workouts. You just have to watch your dosage as taking too much may have a negative impact on sleep.

Experienced very good, deep sleeps while taking these tablets. Did not really notice any improvement to energy levels, libido or lifting capability, but did wake up feeling more refreshed. Don't buy these expecting some sort of miracle testosterone boost, they're essentially just multi vitamins that aid in your rest/recovery from training. They work very well for that purpose.

I read a lot of reviews before I purchased this product and I saw people complaining about headaches which I dismissed. On the 2nd day of taking these I had the most painful headache of my life. I took Panadol and Nurofen all day and it finally started to settle down after about 12 hours. Save yourself the trouble and just don't buy it.

I did 2 cycles of using this (3 months on, 1 month off) and the reason for that was, that I wanted to be sure the effects I felt were for real, and they are. Obviously everyone is different, so here are my personal results. SLEEP: I have insomnia. Plain and simple. It's so severe that I laugh in the face of Melatonin and it's lack of power. But with these pills, I get a solid 6-8 hours of sleep, and when I do wake up in the middle of the night, I find it quite easy to return back to my resting slumber. I wake up feeling rested and ready to go! (Note: You will have very vivid dreams! I personally love this though) ENERGY: On these pills, my energy levels are beyond anything I can explain. I have energy to wake up at 5am, go running, go to work, then come back and hit the gym for weight lifting, and then still having energy to sneak in a 15 minute HIIT workout prior to dinner. It feels amazing! Off these pills, I'm lucky if I can make it through the day, let alone all my exercises. CONS: Yes there are some cons I'm going to mention. They aren't really cons for me, but for some others they may be, so I will mention them. Yes, these pills are huge, and there are 4 of them. If you have a hard time swallowing pills, these will test your might. Yes, they do have a strong smell. I relate it to syrup. But I love pancakes. Yes, you get a deep sleep, so if you take a nap in the middle of the day, you may wake up feeling pretty groggy. It goes away fast though, get over it. Yes, you have to cycle off these pills for 1 month after 3 months on, and that 1 month is dreadful. You lose your restful sleep and lose out on all that energy you had to bust out Superman-like workouts. I'm currently in this month while I type this, and I CANNOT wait to get back on them! Let's go! (Disclaimer, I don't take too many supplements besides pre-workout, pump mode, and BCAA [all from Evlution btw])

While taking EVLTest prior to sleep every night, I noticed I started sleeping deeper and heavier. The first couple nights I even slept throughout the whole night without waking up at all which is a big thing for me. Usually I'd wake up 2-3 times during the night. The sexual drive and performance definitely got a boost as well. The pills are a little on the bigger side but nothing bothersome compared to some of the "horse pills" that are out there in the supplement industry. Overall, I'm very surprised and pleased with this product and will keep it mixed in regularly with my future routines.
