The product deserves 0 stars, after 2 months of use, bluetooth has stopped working and suction power also dropped and there is no customer service.

The pump is a life saver but one pump is already not working effectively and I’ve only had the product 3 months

After opening and plugging the two pumps in for charging one pump would not commence charging. Tried switching the cables around and still didn’t work.

I would expect that the pump will not use archaic micro usb charging port for this kind of money.

Extremely disappointed. I was a very infrequent user for most of these 30 days, used it to pump 8-10 times a day for last 2 days and it stopped working today. Unreal. If someone relevant is reading, please help with a replacement.

Broke after 10 days of usage

Unit broke after 7 days. Elvie help were useless as they cant do anything in the UAE. The unit would switch on, but would switch off again the pump cycle was started. Overly priced and not very good at all.

La entrega fue justo en el momento indicado, la caja venía un poco maltratada, la verdad esperaba mucho del extractor, pero me saca súper poquita leche en el doble de tiempo, no se que tan normal es que se calienten, no duele, no hacen mucho ruido. Pero si desearía saber si estoy haciendo algo mal o por qué me saca tan poquita (y se que no es problema mío, porque tengo otro de otra marca que en la mitad de tiempo me saca un poco más que el Elvie Pump 😫)

I hate to admit it, but this has been worth every penny!!!! It does exactly what it says it will. A Primark girl at heart I originally bought a cheaper version. And it worked okay for a couple of months, but it would leak easily and the battery went downhill quickly. I bought this in sheer desperation as my milk supply can be all over the place and I really wanted to get time to pump hands free, and it just works! It is neat. It is actually quiet. Not silent, but I doubt anyone would hear it unless you were in a library and talking to someone two foot away from you. The way the bottle inserts to collect milk means it doesn't leak (you will get a couple of drops when you take it off) unlike the cheap version that leaked about 2ozs down me! Easy to clean, easy to charge. Granted I feel like Pammy when I have them both in, and no you can't go for a jog in them, but you can potter around the house and run (upright) errands in them. Its great overnight to feed off one side and pump the other and my little one is oblivious to it. So yes I'm sorry to say it isn't cheap, but it is exactly what you were looking for!!

Expensive breast pump BUT worth the $ IMO. It’s super quiet, easy to use, gentle, easy to clean and looks great. Comes with extras as well. Has kept me breastfeeding, keeping on top of my mastitis and not spending $$ on formula.

DO NOT BUY THIS UNLESS COVERED BY WARRANTY! The quality of this pump deteriorated quickly. I had tried/read everything to get it working as advertised. Several messages to the Elvie support team without response before finally finding some help through their website’s live chat. It turns out that cleaning the washable parts as per the instruction manual has been causing issues for some of the machines (warps the valves / breast shields / bottle rings etc) resulting in leaking and/or inability to pump. The customer service representative advised all of these parts would need to be replaced to get it working again. She also provided updated cleaning advice - WHY IS THIS INFORMATION NOT ON THEIR WEBSITE ??!!! Unfortunately the only way to purchase an Elvie Pump in Australia is through Amazon (Kangaroo Express), which is not a recognised seller and therefore there is no warranty… DO NOT BUY THIS UNLESS COVERED BY WARRANTY!
