This clip really works. It fits tight on your hand and is not bulky, there is no movement when wearing, it never slips off. Wear for shorter times when first using to get used to the pressure as it does fit firmly but the pleasure is needed. I have purchased cheaper version of this clip that fall off and as there is little pressure on the point needed they have not worked at all. Use as soon as you feel a headache or migraine coming on. I would not be with out this clip now

First, you never really get any concrete information on where the acupressure point is. You just have to guess that it is vaguely somewhere on the muscle between thumb and index finger. They also ask you to search youtube for their video for how to use it, which I have to guess is the same one shown on this Amazon listing, which is just as vague as everything else. After doing my best to place this in what is probably the correct location on my small hands, I notice it is fairly uncomfortable to wear. It makes it so you can't fully open your hand without it slipping. I imagine for people with larger/fatter hands this would be much worse. It squeezes in an unpleasant way that makes the muscle in your hand hurt. No reasonable amount of adjusting/stretching it seems to help any of this in any significant way. It claims to be for headache, Tension Relief, neck pain relief, etc. All I can say here is I only got a headache after having it on for awhile. I felt better a little while after taking it back off. Also, Aculief is one of those sellers that love to repeatedly send you messages begging for a review. While annoying, I didn't let it change how I rate this 'device'. Some people seem to believe it works, but I'm unfortunately not one of them.

Would like to know if the idea of this works or not. The size is too long for smaller hands, to hit the pressure point, the base of the devise hands a 1/4" away from your hand, not pushed tight as indicated. When pushed completely onto you hand, the pressure pads hit bone and the base pinches skin between thumb and finger. It hurt and reminded me of the old joke, hitting your foot with a hammer to make you forget your headache. Was happy to return this thing

Good in theory, but any movement of your fingers and this comes off. Instructions say if you need less pressure to open it up... but it does that all by itself. Perhapes if they were fashioned with a wrist tie so it won't wiggle off. I wore small gloves with it. As for relief.... perhaps it is the type of headache I have, but it kicks it down a little but not a whole lot. Better for tension headaches than migraines.
