Each can has the nutritional values listed on the paper wrapper. I buy this product because I like it. If you're looking for something low in cholesterol, sodium, etc., this probably isn't the product for you. It is something my family bought when I was a child, and it is nostalgia for me. I don't eat it every day. You also can mix it with plain yogurt for each sandwich, so you thin out the product.
