No idea. They are test strips that turn color to meet a PH Level.

How do you test chlorine in a pool with these strips? When I try strip stays white.

This is not used for testing chlorine in a pool. It is more used more testing the bleach mixture in your #3 cleaning solution like in a spray bottle.(100-200ppm). That will sanitize the clean areas, dishes, toys etc. Amazon has great Pool Testing Equipment kits and so on. Search for that.
