Great
I've tried a lot of vitamins over the years and these seem to be the best for my body. I have been taking them for a few months now and can definitely tell a difference in the way I feel.

Excellent value for the money
I find that I have more energy throughout the day when taking this multi. without it I find I have very little energy, need to take naps and have problems with focus and concentration. When I take it, I have none of those problems. this is the only multivitamin that has been able to help me. To get this effect, I usually have to take a hand full of different supplements and spend a fortune. Great value for the money.

A great methylated multivitamin for those of us who can’t handle regular vitamins
This multivitamin is great for moderate metabolizers. I don’t know about if you can’t break down vitamin B’s. If you can’t, this is a good product. It’s a methylated multivitamin.

Makes my urine turn bright yellow
Bought a month's supply of this complete multivitamin because my usual one was unavailable. This product makes my urine a bright yellow, which tells me that while it may contain the various vitamins that it claims, it is not in a form that the body is able to absorb and use. Probably best to steer clear of this one.
