I've recovered 100s of dollars worth of lures and even pulled a fishing rod that someone left behind because it got snagged. Its a pain to unwrap, and using it in fast water can be difficult as well, but I recommend picking one of these up. Thought this was a gimmick, but Im the king of snags fishing a very old rocky river, so I decided to add this to my bag. I was truly surprised when this worked, and continued to work.

More than paid for itself on the first use! I ended up bird nesting and my new fancy jointed swim bait sunk to the bottom and got snagged while I was picking it out. Had this thing on the kayak and โGotโrโ back. Get it youโll need it eventually.
