Is this pattern perfect for a size 6 in dresses or an 8? I'm looking for puffy sleeves but can only find online patterns I prefer physical patterns.

It can be cut down if you want Used it to add to existing dresses.

This would be an excellent pattern to help you learn different sleeve techniques, there is a bodice guide that explains how you adjust your bodice for each of the different sleeve styles. There is not an actual bodice pattern however you would need an additional bodice pattern and would use this pattern if you wanted to create different sleeves than what was on the original bodice pattern.
