I suffer from GI problems, the powder form is the best for me! I just put it in some yogurt, vanilla pudding or luke warm oatmeal at night. The reason why I bought it is cuz I was taking an antibiotic & the ER nurse told me to get a probiotic to replace the good bugs that get wiped out, So I did! I researched about it & found these! They have prebiotic to feed the probiotic which is best, they have a high cfu & it's got digestive enzyme which help with absorbsion (sp?). Each time i took it 2 hours after my antibiotic & I had no problems the whole time I was on the antibiotic! Then for I think a week I took it 2 times a day then after that I took it for 1 month but I noticed something, when I went off it, I could tell it was helping some of my GI issues so I started taking it again & I've been taking it ever since! This is a great product I've ordered many times on subscription. Flavor intensity can vary on occasion due to slight variations in natural ingredients, but remains effective, and Zebora is very responsive to their customers.

Zebora Probiotics is definitely a game changer and has made things run much smoother for me. I take my probiotic right after I eat each meal. Doing this, makes me have this overwhelming calming feeling and relaxation throughout my body. Homeostasis comes to mind. I also feel much more energized as well. I bought 5 boxes of the 3 in 1 probiotics and I am on my second box of a 30 day supply. Flavor / sweetness is just right and I mix it with a glass of water. It does clump a little in cold water but keep stirring and it will dissolve more. Note: I am filling this review out for one free Zebora 3 in 1 probiotics. I can tell you I wouldn't have bought 5 boxes on my own if it wasn't for the other fantastic reviews I read about. The reviews are accurate and Zebora probiotics have truly made a big difference for me. One huge thing that truly has changed is the fact I no longer have gas pains, stomach discomfort / sickness and things move much better :)

Although I have not used them long enough to ascertain a difference, so far I found them to be easy to use and convenient. They dissolve quickly and it's not noticeable or taste.

So this is an update 2 months update, it didn’t do anything, I didn’t feel any different. I bought this product for what it says it does and I also bought because of its great reviews. According to the product it’s supposed to help with my digestion because I’m having trouble digesting food. Anyways It arrived today in good condition and I will start using it today. Will come back and review the results I got .
