What's the difference between v10 and v11 this soft bush, the picture look the same plus I called the Dyson, the rep told me v11 has no this brush

I telephoned Dyson Customer Support. The support representative informed me that the V11 Outsize 1) does not need the soft roller head for hardwood floors, due to it's technology, and 2) Dyson does not manufacture a soft roller head for the V11 Outsize. So I opted to not make the additional purchase.

Will a V6 soft head fit the V11 Dyson?

No. The V6 soft roller head has a different connector than V7-current models that use the quick release (QR) connector.

Just received this cleaning head. Why does it show less battery time left than with original brush head. A whopping 10 minute difference.

I don't know why it would and have not noticed it as it uses less force to clean than the brush head. Maybe your setting (Eco, Reg, etc) got changed?

Does this come with the secondary rear roller or not?

Mine came with it. Works great.
