My nephew loved the product and uses it often to make his animation drawings. The customer service for securing the warranty although was an unpleasant experience. There was no confirmation received upon filing for the warranty on the website so we left it at that. I later received a call (which I unfortunately missed) followed by a whatsapp message asking for the invoice to complete the warranty registration. I asked for a day but forgot amidst a busy schedule. Today I received a threatening warning like message as a reminder which I wished could have been written in a kinder tone as it does not serve well to be rude to customers who may have genuinely forgotten. So would recommend the company to either set up an automatic system for generating the warranty when a customer signs up for it on your website, or develop a more patient and kinder customer service language. All said, the product is worth it, go for it.

i was so impressed by every aspect of this. ultra thin and lightweight - just 4mm. easy to carry around. didn't expect, but it was quite evenly lit. even the dots pattern don't interfere at all. brightness levels adjustable are very useful.. i do switch between them while animating. i knew it would work fine with low gsm paper, but worked great with copier sheets too. power source very versatile. i usually use a powerbank. but can be used on plugpoint with mobile charger, or even computer usb slot. the included clip is also handy for holding paper. full recommend! :D
