Shipping was fast and the tool arrived in good condition. The impact driver feels compact, solid, and performs well for light to medium tasks. As expected, this is a bare tool and does not include a battery or charger, so keep that in mind if you are new to the Bosch 12V system. However, mine did come with a set of free bits, which was a nice touch and added some extra value. Overall a good quality and convenient tool for everyday use.

I love this thing... I already had a couple of 12v max tools and batteries, so I grabbed this guy....wish I had a long time ago... I use it all the time.

I use the Bosch 12v line of cordless tools for all but the heaviest jobs because they are, literally, handy. I use the multi tool, small angle grinder, and reciprocating saw frequently, but my favorites are the driver which comes with multiple heads, and this impact driver. These small cordless tools are lightweight, durable, accurate, and squeeze into tight spaces. The batteries hold well between charges and last for years. The Bosch 12v impact driver has two speed/torque settings with variable speeds within each. I keep one in the house and a couple in the shop with different size bits mounted because I'm frequently reaching for one. I think enough of this tool that I've gifted it to family members and closest friends.

Recently purchased this new brushless model to replace a brushed one that I’ve had for over 5 years. Absolutely love this updated model. Some updates include, 2 speed choices, an on/off light function, a belt clip, super efficient brushless motor that’s not only great on battery life but also half as loud and a much less jarring feel during use!

This is certainly not a beast of a driver. I got the same model as my regular non-impact driver, which I love. It fits great in my hand and has the right ergonomics for me. I have a much bigger different brand driver which has been a real workhorse which I love. But I will always reach for this one for home projects and even commercial for lighter duty. Plus it is Bosch quality. I have had a lot of Bosch tools and they have never let me down. Excellent quality. This does have a smaller battery - it is a smaller driver - but that makes it light. Of course that also means it doesn't last as long on a charge as a bigger battery. It does charge fairly quick. I bought this model since it uses the same size as my regular driver which came with two batteries. It is not the strongest impact driver and won't do a really heavy duty job. I would go with a bigger driver for those jobs. But for driving screws for building a fence it is great. It would need several charges for a long fence but is great to grab and go. I used it to drive 4" screws into a door frame and into the studs behind it on a door hinge. I needed to bed the hinge deeper to correct a sag. It did have to work hard towards the end of each screw but it did finish each screw with some effort. That was a pretty hard job. It would have no problem hanging sheetrock though. I like it and would recommend it for what it is designed to do.

I work as a handyman so am using my tools daily. Bought one of these several years ago and always have it with me. Powerful and compact. Very reliable. Unfortunately left it on top of a stepladder and it fell 8ft onto concrete. Need a new one!
