A godsend after a heavy night out
Ok ok hear me out, I know there are obviously fabulous benefits from taking electrolytes. I’ve found these useful during water fasts and general supplementation if I’m feeling a little bleurgh. But these are SO good when you wake up after a heavy sesh, paralyzed with the fear and a lingering taste of last night’s kebab. Pop two of these in the morning and I’m as right as rain after a wee while. They’re quite big; which is my only slight critic, so if you find it hard to swallow big pills you may want to cut them in half. So good though and worth the price

Für mich sind das die perfekten Elektrolyt-Tabletten. Ich mache ab und zu Intermittent Fasting und brauche an solchen Tagen einfach etwas Unterstützung. Was ich an diesen Tabletten feiere: Sie setzen nicht so schnell ein wie Pulver, sondern zersetzen sich im Magen nach und nach. Dadurch fühlt es sich für mich deutlich angenehmer und gleichmäßiger an. Im Vergleich zu Pulver ist das für mich einfach praktischer – kein Anmischen, kein schneller „Kick“, der kurz danach wieder weg ist. Die Tabletten sind leicht zu schlucken und liegen gut im Magen. Fazit: Für mein Intermittent Fasting genau das, was ich gesucht habe. Praktisch, angenehm und für mich deutlich besser als Pulver.

Utilizo muchos suplementos y esta marca me gusta especialmente porque no ultiliza dioxido de silicio entre sus componentes. El bote es grande con lo cual tienes suplementacion para meses. Calidad precio renta mucho. Yo no hago deporte pero trabajo en un avion donde la perdida de liquidos es notable. Llevo una semana tomando 2 al dia, por ahora puedo decir que me noto con mas energia, menos hinchada e incluso la piel menos tirante. Contenta con la compra lo recomiendo
