Hiss and SCREAMING bluetooth connect

A lot of noise at low volume. Im guessing the bluetooth chip was getting the full 18v I had plugged in for thr amp. And immediately at power-on the bluetooth SCREAMS "bluetooth mode active" at you full volume.
