A timeless classic that never loses its heart
Steel Magnolias is one of those movies that makes you laugh, cry, and feel everything in between. The cast is incredible, and every character feels real and memorable. The mix of humor and heartbreak is perfectly balanced. It’s all about friendship, strength, and love through life’s ups and downs. No matter how many times I watch it, it still hits me the same way every time.

Obgleich es sich bei diesem Film um ein Drama handelt, ist er genauso komisch wie er traurig ist. Nicht zuletzt schöpft dieser großartige Film seinen Charme und seinen Witz aus der tollen Besetzung. Shirley McLain als verbitterte, cholerische und leicht zynische Rentnerin, die immer einen schwarzhumorigen Spruch auf Lager hat, trifft auf die fürsorgliche Mutter Sally Field, die stets bemüht ist Ruhe zu bewahren. Zusammen mit Dolly Parton und Olympia Dukakis, entsteht ein wundervoll zusammengewürfelter Freundeskreis von unterschiedlichsten Frauen, die Ihre Freuden und Probleme teilen. Julia Roberts und Tom Skerrit runden das Ganze noch ab und lassen eine Familiengeschichte entstehen, die einen gleichermaßen bewegt wie auch unterhält. Ein sehenswürdiger Film und eine eindeutige Kaufempfehlung für Menschen, die auch das Drama Genre nicht ablehnen.

Una que llevaba tiempo buscando...ninguna pega al respecto. Audio con el doblaje ORIGINAL en ESPAÑOL y lleva como extra una entrevista de unos 20 min con Robert harling, el escritor autor de la obra de teatro original y quien además la adaptó para el cine.
