PERFECT FIX!!!
Ordered this hoping it would work for our vaulted ceiling! It did not disappoint! Our ceiling is a 45° vault and this kit not only made it easy to install with the bonus installation hook to hold the fan while you wire it, the cover is deep enough to easily tuck and hide the wires! I couldn’t find a matte black kit in any local hardware store! So glad I found this one on Amazon!

The cover holds the ball, not a heavy plastic guide like the stock piece.
The blacks matched the Harbour Breeze matte black. Does the job and fit my cathedral ceiling. Looks good.

Worked perfectly!
This was a good find. The slope on our living room ceiling is fairly aggressive, and the canopy that came with the fan we bought was not suitable for the angle.
