Easy to Make use Cotija Cheese.
Just followed the instructions and minutes later we were enjoying our pandebono. Use shredded cotija cheese for the best result. This is a drier cheese which wonโt change the desired consistency of the end product. Queso fresco is too moist for pandebonos.

Better than ever.
Bake them yesterday and had philippinos over today for mothers day celebration. They all said it's the best since they been in the USA. Now they all want to know the recipe. I told them I baked from scratch. You think I should tell them my secret!!!!

Good Pan de Bono mix!
Iโm from Colombia and I was super excited to make this Pan de Bono mix! I have to say they were really easy to make. The flavor is not quite the same to the Colombian ones, but they were good. Maybe Iโll use a different type of cheese for the next time. I liked them! So Iโll buy the mix again.

Amazing. I love the consistency of the flour. Making them is fun and I hate cooking. Best breakfast food ever. My wife is Colombian and I donโt really like Arepas, but I LOVE these with shredded cheese mixed into the dough.

I'm Colombian and I live in the USA, so I Missed this Colombian bread so much and I appreciate the fact that it's almost ready to cook! So you don't have to be an expert to bake some! Love it! I will buy more soon.
