I already bought. How do you push the top part into the bottom? I am not that strong & cannot get it to go at all. Thanks!

I was having this issue too. I thought I had a defective piece and was about to send it back, but thought I'd call the company first. I got through to a rep almost immediately and she made me do the same thing I was doing before but somehow it worked. To summarize:1. Push the green cartridge away from the top, towards the cup.2. Hold the bottom part on the floor, line the top with the bottom and push the top part in really, really hard. If you are able to pull them apart with your hands, then it's not hard enough. I really had to use my full body weight to push it in.3. Slide the green cartridge into the joint and you are good to go.The rep told me that normally you don't need to use that much force, but with some of the pieces, the assembly is not perfect and needs a lot of force.Hope that helps.

How tall is the final, assembled mop?

Hi, standing, the mop is 51", and the handle is at 46 1/2".

Is the cleaner cartridge refillable, or does it have to be replaced? Thanks!

A solution to collapsing bottles: As the bottle rests in the handle, go to the very top of the bottle and drill the smallest hole you can at that point. Air can then seep into the bottle and won't collapse. When you refill it, place a piece of tape over the hole first, refill, turn to the normal position, remove the tape, and place in the handle. By the way, this is a GREAT mop.

Can you use it on laminate floors

Yes you can this is what I have at my home ( Laminate flooring) really works good,I have a dog who sometimes has accidents and it makes for an easy cleanup.
