Manasamitra Vatakam (Arya Vaidya Sala) – 100 tablets

I have been taking this for just short of a month now for my anxiety and depression and I must say, this has been a miracle for me. I haven't had any panic attacks, and rather than feeling anxious constantly every day like I used to, I am down to only feeling it only once or twice every few days. I imagine this is due to stress from school, because before my classes started, I actually felt normal. I highly recommend this to anyone suffering from anxiety, give it a try!I started off taking one at night for 3 weeks to introduce it to my body. Then I started taking one after breakfast and one at night. It is best taken building it up like this, so if you need more, slowly add one pill/ day after taking it for 3 weeks. I had researched this for a few weeks before I bought it, and I learned from an Ayurvedic physician that it is best not to take more than 3 a day unless absolutely necessary and recommended by your physician. Don't self-medicate this harshly, as it is not dangerous, but it takes time for it to accumulate in your body just like any other medication someone may take.UPDATE: i ran out while i was in europe and a week or 2 later i started having panic attacks again between twice a day to wvery other day. I found that ashwagandha (another ayurvedic herb) took away those attacks after one dose! I just recieved my 2nd order of manasamitra and am going to try pairing the two together to see if they are more effective together.

I hope you're finding relief with Manasamitra. I take it with another ayurvedic product, Kalyanaka Ghritam, one level teaspoon at bedtime with one Manasamitra. The Manasamitra didn't work alone for me, but with both, I sleep easily and feel a lot calmer during the day. This is a miracle for me after months of having one and a half hours of sleep, waking soaked in sweat followed by hours of night terrors and panic attacks during the day.
