Quality of assembly
Seems like the item does its job. However, quality of assembly could be much better. Once unpacked, found one side panel separated as one screw was not in place. As this screw seemed to be very short for the purpose, I had to replace it with the new one. Crank does not hold on its place and tends to fall away while in use. Item stand seems to be not straight so the press can not stand on all its 4 legs. Tempted to send it back...

Il prodotto è robusto e facile da utilizzare. Ho scelto la Marcato perchè la utilizzava anche mia nonna ed è stata all'altezza delle aspettative. Il rullo un po' più lungo rispetto allo standard consente di ottenere sfoglie più larghe, velocizzando, per esempio, la preparazione di lasagne e tortellini. Ho abbinato anche il motore, così da avere entrambe le mani libere.

Diese Maschine wird international immer wieder hochgelobt für den Einsatz mit Polymer Clay, und seit ich auch eine habe, verstehe ich das auch! Die Rollen sind antihaftbeschichtet, die weiteste Einstellung mit knapp 5 mm wesentlich größer als bei üblichen Pasta-Maschinen und die Verarbeitung einfach so gut, dass sich unter sem Gehäuse kaum Reste ansammeln. Meine letzte Pastamaschine einer anderen Marke musste ich gefühlt nach jedem 3. Einsatz komplett auseinander bauen. Diese hier reicht einmal im Monat. Ein gewaltiger Unterschied! Weiterer Pluspunkt: das Teil zum Kurbeln fällt nicht ständig raus - das Problem kennen sicher auch viele. Sie steht auch sicher und fest, das sie ein ordentliches Eigengewicht mitbringt, natürlich muss sie trotzdem befestigt werden. Also ich kann sie nur empfehlen, der Preis hier ist auch völlig legitim. Nur ob sie schöne Nudeln macht, kann ich leider nicht bewerten ;-)
