Great, but...
Fantastic curry paste when you are in a hurry - needs no prep. Tastes as good as the paste I make from scratch, which takes a lot of time and effort. Only negative: the only reason I use this occasionally is because it contains modified food starch, and ingredient used in processed foods that is not good for your health.
