If put two work ID card can scan ?

Yes, I don't see why not as it has more than one pocket. I only have one card that scans and so I cannot test it with 2. (I put business cards on the other side). But I think if you put one on one side and one on the other it would work . I do not need to take my card out to scan it - it scans through the leather.

How is the lanyard presented? Box/tissue paper/tags?

I think it was tissue paper and a plastic bag.

It's possible you could carry keys with the lanyard. Just connect the keyring to the round piece of metal at the end of the lanyard. You also could slide a single key into one of the card pockets.
