Gotta say I was skeptical however I've had my hair short for a little around a year now, and about 20 days into taking these I noticed my hair was growing a little faster than usual and I had less coming out in the shower. I've even bleached it twice and dyed it and it's still feeling so nice and soft. I also have eczema and I've not had flare ups that bad since taking these, even over the season change where I feel almost housebound from the flare ups I've felt able to go out to the shops etc. They taste pretty good and are chewable too. Will be buying again.

I got these gummies via an offer from the team at Nu U Nutrition where they'd sent an email saying if you bought these newly launched gummies, you could pick any other item from their site and they'd send it free. I like many others in lockdown have decided to grow out a beard and biotin is a useful supplement for that. As such I took them up on their offer and also asked for the calcium, magnesium zinc and vit D supplement as the freebie, usually worth about £25 from what I see elsewhere. I emailed their support to make this request and had confirmation they would send them within 20 minutes which is amazing! The gummies taste great, quite sugary having 3g of sugar per serving (2 gummies) but a nice strawberry flavour. They're easy to chew and of course swallow as they're not in pill form. It's difficult to say what effect they've had on my hair as I'm using a lot of other supplements etc but my skin is looking great. Overall I got these and my other free pack for an absolute steal. I highly recommend signing up to their email list as they regularly do insane deals like this one!!

I’ve only been using these a couple of weeks and will continue to take them. Biotin is the source of healthy hair which is why I chose them so am hopeful they’ll improve my hair condition. They taste great and are not too chewy. Great value for money.

I am just finishing my second pack of these, I didn’t expect to see such a difference so quickly but I have noticed and two friends have both just ordered these after asking if I’d had hair extensions put in as they said my my hair looks so thick and long. My hairdresser also asked what I’d done as she said it’s like a different head of hair. I have lost a lot of hair through stress and having children and it was getting me down. I tried hair extensions, which obviously made the situation worse, so after taking them out and hearing about biotin I tried it and am really impressed at the difference in 3 months. My hair is about 3 inches longer and thicker already. I still have a weaker patch at the front where I have lost the most hair but will be taking these long term. They are also delicious and I look forward to taking them which helps in remembering to take them each morning.

My hair fallout is getting lots less for sure. I class it as a little treat as it is so tasty😊

Can’t say if doing any good but I’m gonna try something else. I’m diabetic and these are stacked with sugar and 60 calories each time! So not sure how much effective vitamins there is in them as so much sugar.

I’ve naturally thick hair and a good hair growth per sé but I’ve purchased this one as I’m in a hurry to grow my hair after a bad haircut. Truth to be told I’ve noticed they do the job due to overall how fast my hair is growing compared to normal. I would for example shave once a week and with these supplements I do it every two days. Furthermore I do have some grey hair which I used to cover up with hair dye once a month and now I can literally see them grown out weekly. I can conclude that indeed these supplements work. I’ve also tried to be off of them for a month to see if anything changed and indeed when not taking the supplements my body hair wouldn’t grow as fast and neither my hair (and therefore my gray hair weren’t as noticeable). I will repurchase it over and over again until I’ll achieve my desired hair length and I feel it won’t take more than 3 months for something I would have normally achieved in 6-8 months.

I bought these just over a month ago, and initially I was sceptical and planned on just having 2 gummies a day to suppress my cravings for sweet stuff. However, a month on and my hair has gotten so much thicker! I suffered from lots of stress at university and my hair started to thin out, but never did I expect my hair to get as thick as it has. Still a long way to go but now I know these are making a difference I will be buying more! Also, they taste amazing too!! 😋 I’m yet to see a huge difference with my skin, although the spots that do pop up aren’t particularly bad even though they look as if they will be prior to surfacing. So maybe it works for skin? I’ll update on a few months.
