What's the difference between the 5 replacement rollers - which one should I use for cracked heels?

Includes 3 types: coarse for thick callused skin and cracked heels, medium for regular hard skin removal, and fine for polishing to silky soft feet. With 5 rollers total, you have spares ready from day one.

What's included in the box, and does it make a good gift?

Includes the Essy electric callus remover, 5 replacement rollers with spare heads, a USB-C cable, and premium packaging - a complete pedicure set. Perfect as a gift for birthdays, Mother's Day, or Christmas - just add a bow.

Is the Essy suitable for people with foot conditions?

Always consult your doctor first if you have a foot condition. Pressure-lock stops the roller automatically if too much pressure is applied, making it one of the safer, gentler options for sensitive skin.

How do I know when it's time to replace a roller head?

If the roller feels less effective or takes longer to smooth hard skin, it's time to swap. With 5 heads included from day one and replacements available separately, you get consistent professional results long-term.

Is the Essy easy to use for seniors or people with limited hand strength?

The soft ergonomic grip fits naturally in your hand - no tight squeezing needed. Pressure-lock does the hard work for you, and two speed settings let you ease in gently. Much easier to handle than a pumice stone or manual file.
