Does she really dance while on the dashboard?

Is the skirt resin or real grass/straw?

I sent it back as soon as I opened the box. The skirt was falling off and I was not keeping it. It was quite a while ago so I really don't remember what the skirt was made of. I thought it was very cheaply made.
