How do these hold up to sweat? Is it going to be running down my face and in my eyes if I'm sweating really heavy?

I live in Florida where it's usually hot & humid most of the year. This eyeshadow is not only vibrant but it's held up very well. I always use a primer and Maybelline color tattoo cream shadow as a base because it lasts all day & night

what are the ingredients? Does it contain mineral oil?

No it does not contain Mineral Oil.
