Q: Will this work to pick up acrylic, glass, and resin flatback crystal rhinestones and pearls in the 2-10 mm size ball park?

Looking at the sweeping mechanism I'm tempted to say "yes it would", but without actually trying it out I can't be 100% sure. There is what looks like several rubber "sweepers" that pull and knock the plastic beads into the container. I hope this helps.

Q: Does it pick up pet hair thats on the ground when picking up beads??

To be honest sometimes it doesn't even pick up the beads. The rubber flaps sometimes lose grip on the beads and roll over them. I don't own a pet but I can say that the few time I used it no dirt entered the roller, and even if it does, it's very easy to clean.

Q: Can this be used for Hamabeads?

I had never heard of Hama beads. I looked them up and they look almost identical to Perler beads. This little “bead vacuum” works well when my 6th grade students spill Perler beads and need to clean them up quickly. Hope that helps.

Q: Does this sweeper work with the biggies (biggie beads)?

Yes, it picks up the biggie beads also.

Fantastic device for low dexterity!

I find it difficult to hold the perler beads steady while placing them, and I am very happy with how well it works! It is also satisfying to watch the gears move. It’s a simple device that is easy to use. Am planning to get more for my local makerspace.
