Tried this for sluggish bowels and histamine intolerance. It has been wonderful for keeping me regular in a very gentle way. I use half a teaspoon in a glass of water every day. Very little taste. Being a more efficient eliminator has helped me with my histamine issues (migraines, inflamed mucous membranes)
