The smell so bad

Bad odour
There's a very bad odour. Very difficult to use bcos of the bad odour. Tried keeping it in the sun to remove the smell but the odour persists. I want to return the pillow but it says not eligible to return.

Good support for neck......
I first purchased this pillow back in 2023 for my husband, and since then we’ve both been so happy with the results. This product truly works wonders for neck pain and even back issues. It is very comfortable and quality is good. Upper cover is of soft velvet fabric. I purchased in 1000 rs. Which I found justified according to quality. About pain relief it would be too early to say but will give you good support and shape to your neck.
