Great product
Great buy. Has been functioning very well for the past one year now after installation.

Decided to do it myself after engineer didn't show up.
Followed the instructions and it works fine. Red light is staying on even when switch is Off. I've no idea if that's normal for this particular switch ๐คท It turned off on my previous switch. But when OFF there's no power to the shower, so I'm guessing that the light on the switch is fine. Just showing there's power available maybe ๐ค Anyway I am happy to have a shower again. Simple to fit. Not expensive and delivered quickly. 5 stars from me.

OK rather than stellar
Does it what it should do If I was going to be picky, Iโd say that the metal of the screws is too soft and tends to strip. Also, I think that it turns OFF with some difficulty.

Red light on continuously?
Cheap and cheerful, does the job. If the red light is staying on continuously, take the two live wires out and reverse them, screw them back in, then the light should only come on when you pull the cord to โonโ
