It's not very fun to need anti anxiety pills but it is nice to find one that you like and works for you, these work wonderfully for me, here is what I love about this specific formula: First, I have had anxiety and depression since I was very young, I have tried many different prescription and non-prescription meds over the years to combat my anxiety and something will work for a month or two and then it just stops working or I need to take so many pills that it's pointless. It works really good, but it made me tired/sleepy. It also has the herb named (Valerian root) & people use that to fall asleep also. (Maca Root) & (Gaba) I take in the morning & at night I take this (Mood Support).
