Can anyone tell me approx sizes of the 5 smaller characters?

About 3" to 4" depending on the character.

Do the fish have a hole in them that water can get into it / squirt out? Any mold issues inside them if so?

There are no holes in them. We did not have any mold issues. I used them in my grandkids water table, and I usually dry everything off when they are done.

are they move and swim?

Fereshteh, Thank you for your question. The characters do not move on their own. Some float and some sink for a variety of play patterns.
