I have purchased eufycam 2 Pro wireless to monitor my home in motherland. The installation was a breeze and it worked as expected. Both the day and night video quality is excellent. The provided homebase stores videos for almost 2 weeks for me. The motion detection alerts on the configured mobile device is real-time. I'm able to see the recorded videos and live feed from Internet without any issues. I had configured maximum length video (1 minute) and the motion detection sensitivity to 4 (medium sensitivity) and the device lost 40% of the charge in 30 days. There were around 100 recorded videos per day. I think for this level of utilization, the device needs to be charged once every 3 months. Another problem I observed is even though the theft protection alarm was enabled, the alarm did not go off when the device was unmounted. Possibly this is a software bug as the same behaviour is seen on both the cameras. Since the maximum configurable length of video recording is 1 minute, it may not fully record an event as there could be gaps between successive detections. A useful feature is the provision to detect any motion versus only humans. With the prior setting it detects cats, tree movements during wind etc. Another feature worth mentioning is that it's possible to have a clear two way conversion from the mobile app to the person in front of the Camera. I would recommend the product.

A great product, easy to install and doesn't need any efforts like the classic cctv system. The only convenient is there is no SD card slot, and you need to subscribe for the cloud to save the records .

Easy to use. Easy to connect the cameras and any additional cameras. Battery does not last as long as claimed. It all depends on placement. If it's a busy area then battery needs extra charging. Still a great system.

It has only been a few days I have bought this system, but so far so good. One issue I noticed is that when the Homekit 2 is connected to the router via wifi instead of ethernet cable, it is slower in sending the messages to the mobile device and also slower when trying to access videos from the HomeKit 2 to the mobile device. Not a big deal in my case as the Homekit 2 is near the router, hence I can keep it wired. Other than that, it is fine, pictures are very clear, day or night, even in pitch dark room the image is very clear (albeit black and white). The Eufy Security app on an iPhone is clear, logical, and easy to follow through. Very satisfied so far. About battery performance I will know after a few months.

I admire robustness of eufy and Anker brands but my recent experience with their products is reducing my confidence level in buying the anker and eufy products , especially this security camera which i purchased is not reliable. It keeps missing the objects and movements , also the batter life is not even 50% of what is promised in the product description

It is a great product and very very easy to install. I do have drill at home, and the whole connection to the base and wifi took me 10 mins at max, and installation like 30 mins

Clear picture and sound Long lasting battery life

The homebase2 is only showing red light which means I can't run the cameras! I tried calling support, they said send a video of the issue in whatsapp, which I did, and still no reply, I will update the review for any updates. Update, I finally was able to make it work, I just kept trying the same steps all over again and it worked, support is no use though.

Le système est arrivé emballé dans un carton de très bonne facture. La notice d’installation est très clair et simple. Les matériels semble d’une grande qualité. Le système réagit très bien aux intrusion et aux detections.Les images enregistrées en 2K Sont vraiment très clair et de haute definition. La Possibilité d’entendre ce qui se passe dans la pièce et de pouvoir également parlé est un plus indéniable. L’application se met automatiquement un jour e-mail matériel à jour automatiquement c’est un gros plus. Je recommande vivement ce produit.

Instalado hace 1 día y por el momento las sensaciones son muy buenas. Buena calidad de imagen y la visión nocturna excelente. Hay que tener en cuenta que la home base ha de estar en buena zona para que las cámaras no tengan problemas de cobertura, ya que se conectan a ella y no a la wifi.
