PROS: immediate relief for cramps and sore muscles! Good size, easy to microwave. CONS: if you over heat it, (like all heating pads) it smells like burnt rice. I have used so many heating pads over the years that I know what makes a good one. They have to have a stitch sewn in horizontally or vertically to keep the beads/ rice/ beans whatever is in them to spread out evenly not only when microwaving but also to use on muscles. The thickness and weight of this heating pad are perfect and also long enough to wrap against your entire back, calf, stomach etc. The appearance of this one is nothing special or cute but I serves its purpose! And I love the handles help to pull pressure in certain areas when needed. As you can see in the picture, it is a well-used item! 😅 10/10 recommend.

This Bed Buddy is amazing. I use it for neck tension and pain and use it at least 3 times a week. It is very durable. I use it after I exercise and after a long day of work. Its helping me to relax and unwind better. When a person is over stressed it can affect the neck and shoulders terribly so this product is helping to calm my tension. Since I am focusing on more self care, I want to use natural heat instead of relying on anti-inflammatory meds like ibuprofen that can damage the liver over time. This is a really great tool for stress relief, it is practically instant, and it helps with overall relaxation. An added bonus is that it makes you long for your grandma’s oatmeal because it smells so good after it comes outta the microwave!! I’ve only used this heated up, although the package says you can use it cold. For me, it works great, it stays hot for at least 30 minutes after heating it up for four minutes in the microwave. It’s portable & you can take it anywhere. It’s very comfortable to wear, I love it! It would make a great gift for people with aches and pains. I will probably buy a couple as gifts for Christmas. Highly recommend!!

Good quality but wish it was a little bigger. Nice aroma and holds heat well. Great for next and muscle pain.

Had this for about a year of nearly daily use. The last month it started to lose the lovely lavender smell which morphed into a cookie, then peanut butter, then burnt popcorn scent. Just replaced with the unscented bed buddy to hopefully last longer, but I think it is still 5 stars due to the amount of use I got out of it! Only qualm is that it doesn’t have a removable, washable cover.

Okay, at first I loved this product. I wasn't in love with the scent but it was okay. The product heats up, retains heat and works well. However, although the instructions were very detailed eventually heating it up became a pain. All it took was one time of heating it up a little bit longer than specified and this product was totally ruined. Why? Because thereafter the only scent I could smell was like burnt popcorn! Now who is going to keep using it with a smell like that everytime? I admit it was my fault but the ingredients were way too sensitive to being heated. I will try to find something more durable.

These Bed Buddy’s are the best. I’ve had one for years and just purchased a second one. Also had one sent to my son and he loves it as well. Heat for just 2 minutes in the microwave and stays warm for quite awhile. Nice smell as well.

I use these daily and give as gifts. Great bed warmer, great for sore muscles, and a perfect cure for headaches. Even my dog loves the warming effect.
